I wanted to restart my combi plan S immediately and clicked sofort abstellen accidently after the automatic continuation of the plan was done in the backgroud. So basically I took a combi plan S and cancelled it without using any of it today.
It would be great if you can put back the money to my o2 account.

sorry for the late reply.
The deactivation happened only a few minutes after the activation, that makes it quite clear.
I´ve taken the liberty to book the price of the o2 my Prepaid S back to your account.
The funds should be available after a few days.
