before leaving germany i went to the store to get the o2 contract cancelled in person and the guy told me that i dont need to cancel it as my visa expires even the contract will end. i left germany and after few month i get a email saying that i have an pending payment like wtf i dont get it, so then i messaged telefonica o2 email to cancel my contract and told me send the document which i did but now i am still recieving an email this time from debt collectors. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOUR SERVICE, FINDING ANYWAYS TO MAKE MONEY FROM PEOPLE.

Hello @notrustattheservice,

when you have a contract with us, then this is postpaid, the bills always come after the usage. So for example in July you’d get the bill for June, as such it’s not out of the ordinary that you still get a final bill after the cancellation, as that bill then covers the time until the end of the contract.
