Hello O2,
I cancelled my contract yesterday, i got a call today to explain me that it will be ok but i still have a contract running until 2023.
I never ask to renew my contract for the next 2 years , it just did from alone.
Before i called a lawer , i wanted to know wich extra step i need to know in order to get out of O2 this year?

according to the information available to me, your contract was extended by 24 months on July 16th 2021 in the web portal. You changed from the o2 Free S to the o2 Free M. On July 18th you also received a tariff information email from us in which you were sent the contract extension with all the necessary information including the cancellation policy. The termination in 2023 is therefore correct.
