Cancelled contract due to overusage of data

Hello

This morning I have been unpleasantly surprised after a talk with the english costumer service. They said that my o2 Unlimited Max sim card, which I used as a home internet with unlimited data, has been cancelled because of overusage. Also, there is no option they can offer me except for packs like 400 GB data.

I have been using it for 2 and a half years and no one told me, when I was making the contract over the phone, that they could cancel the contract for that reason. For the price of 50 euros per month, I have to say I am disappointed.

@IvanMr

f you rely on unlimited mobile communications, you could extend your subscription to a small volume tariff and add the my Data Unlimited option. Another option would be to change provider.

Hello @IvanMr ,

both sides of a contract, always have the option of terminating a contract at the end of the normal contract duration.

Kind regards, Sven
