after I arranged my My Home L contract by phone, I received two s flex sim cards I had not asked for. I figured out that I had to cancel within 1 month which I believe I did, but I am now noticing O2 has been charging me all this time for the 2 cards. I am obviously extremely unhappy about this and feel cheated. What do I need to do to ensure cancellation and refund of all the money I paid?

I regret that something went wrong when you contacted o2 by phone. 

Did you receive a tariff-confirmation by e-mail about these additional contracts?

Are you still in the withdrawal-period of 14 days?

If yes, just follow these steps: 

If you have these contracts already longer, please fill out this cancellation form: cancellation of mobile phone-contracts and send it by fax or letter to o2.
