Hello,

I'm new to Germany and I don't speak German,

I was scammed by the seller in the store when I bought 2 sim cards and signed the contract,

The first thing was not mentioned to me that the contract is for two years and is not cancelable

The other thing he did not mention to me that the maximum speed is 15m/s for both sim cards .

* if he mentioned these things to me, I would not have accepted to sign the contract *

He also told me that I will only pay 40 euros for the two sim cards and I pay more than that.

He also reminded me that I can cancel the contract at any time and now Iam surprise that I can't cancel it until after two years have passed or pay the full amount of the contract!!!!!!!!!

Now I don't have any internet service in my area

its like 10kb !!!! Because there’s just 1 signal 

And many times phone calls not working ! 

There is simply no service for the money that i pay it every month !

I have submitted 3 complaints to customer service and each response time is due to pressure in your area. Currently, there is instability in the service, and then they send your messages to me that there are no problems in your lines !!!!

they trying to tell me like ah you don’t have a problem like iam wasting time for calling them !

I asked the branch to cancel the contract because they lied on me and for the another thing that the service does not work, he refused !!!
and I called the police to him They told me that a complaint must be filed with the service providers

thats why iam contacting you now !

Now please i  want to cancel the contract because of not benefiting from the lines due to the lack of service and waste of money!

You cannot terminate or cancel here. Your contact person is the store. You could submit a dealer complaint using the contact form.

I would like to welcome you to our o2 community, even if what you are reporting is not nice to hear. It is a pity that you are not satisfied with the contracts you have concluded in the store.

What kind of contracts have you signed?

Could you tell me a side street from your location (not your real address for data protection reasons) so that we can take a look at the network coverage.

i found that the contract is 2 years with 2 sim cards not like he told me that i can cancel the contract anytime I want but it was a lie from him.

thank you very much, I could take a look at the address near your address that you have given: There isn`t a disturbance which can be repaired but a restrictions of our network which can be remedied only by a network expansion. 

As of now there is no expansion scheduled for the upcoming 8 weeks.

If you wanted one contract but not for 2 years and got two SIM cards, did you get two contracts running 24 months seach?

If so, did you already go to that shop again to make a complaint?

Unfortunately, the network does not work in my area and there is only one small signal for the power of the network and you can see that .

  1. you can check the data that i used for the Internet all this 2 month and half ,
  2. the other thing is yes, the contract is for two years and there are two sim in the contract,
  3. I have already gone again and they refused to cancel the contract and he laughed and told me you can submitting a complaint, but the contract will not be canceled for you from here,

I have already called the police and they asked me to talk to you to solve the problem before resorting to make a report in the police station and they up it to the court because they told me that he can let you to sign on documents in german if you don’t understand German

and asked him why you did not give him contract in English he said I don’t have .

After all of that i need to cancel my contract of the 2 sim cards .

It is good if  you contacted the colleagues in the shop beforehand, @Bassamtahoon, and already clarified that you did not want this kind of contract.

Unfortunately we cannot have a look from here right away for data security reasons, as you are not logged in with your phone number here with us.

If you have not yet registered your contract with your phone number for a Mein o2 customer account, you can do this and then register here wit a new user name, so that we are allowed to have a look at your data and the contract:

that is great when you are already registered with your phone number in Mein o2 🙂

For us to be able to see the data of your contracts, you would need to register anew with a new username in order for your access to our o2 Community is connected to your phone number and we are allowed to access its data 🙂
