I referred to the your website for Kündigung, and I sent you the filled form by letter. I expected that there would be no need to call you in any case. But I got the message that I need to call you within 10 days afterwards to finalize the cancellation. I have a phobia to call in German, so I want to finalize my cancellation without any call or with a call in English. Could you please help me?
