Cancellation of the contract


Hi.

I want to cancel the extension of my mobile contract which will occur in this October.

I referred to the your website for Kündigung, and I sent you the filled form by letter. I expected that there would be no need to call you in any case. But I got the message that I need to call you within 10 days afterwards to finalize the cancellation. I have a phobia to call in German, so I want to finalize my cancellation without any call or with a call in English. Could you please help me?

If you sent a written cancellation by post there is no need to call as well. Telephone confirmation is only necessary if you used the function to terminate the contract via the customer portal.

Nice to have you here. 

If you sent cancellation via letter everything will ne fine,

and there is no need to call our customer support hotline.

May i ask why you want to cancel your o2 contract?
