Can I cancel my active tariff that I subscribed an hour back. It was my mistake that I continued with the tariff and I am also looking for a refund option on cancellation.

You can only revoke a pack and get the money back if you haven't used it.
If you have already used it, nothing more can be done.
I have not used anything. I emailed to the above suggested email address, awaiting a response back.
