Hi, I do have a concern because last August 2022 I availed the prepaid sim at O2, but unfortunately due to some circumstances i need to go back to my country this November 2022 and not to come back anymore. How can I cancel the prepaid sim contract? Do i need to pay extra for the availed sim? pls help me.

Hi, For prepaid what will the contract you have? you do not have to pay any thing regularly right?
I only availed the prepaid Sim card the unlimited data. I just registered last August 2022, but unfortunately I need to cancel my contract because my visa is up to Nov 11, 2022 only and I need to go back to my country.

If there is credit on your prepaid sim, please write in the cancellation, that you want to have the credit back.
You can also cancel your prepaid tariff online.
