Cancellation of prepaid contract

Dear all,

 

I hope you are well.

I currently have a prepaid but I have now applied for another provider and I would like to keep the number I have with O2. The new provider told me that my  “previous provider didn’t accept our request” and that I should contact O2 to allow me to keep my phone number. Unfortunately I do not speak German yet and couldn’t reach someone to help me. I have also went to one of your shop in Berlin but was told that I can do it online but I can not find where to do it.

Could you be so kind and help me?

welcome  to our o2 Community. :slight_smile:

As far as I can see my colleagues set the mobile number free for porting. Please remember the charging of 6,82 EUR for paying the fee.
