I have ordered a new phone with a contract for my child, I would like to learn if it is possible to cancel/block outgoing international calls and sms’s using the website (Meine O2) or the android application?
Maybe I should ask the question like: Is it possible to block all additional services other than which are part of the contract to avoid an impressive invoice at the end of the month.

welcome to our community. I blocked the international outgoing calls for you. Do you need a barring of third-party-providers, too? It might prevent additonal cost like music or game subscriptions. And what about 0900- dialing? I can block them as well.

Actually my question was not for my current contract (no: 0163 - **** 608), could you please unblock the international calls for this number but block additonal services like music or game subscriptions and 0900- dialing?
I have ordered a new additional phone with contract, for which I made a payment through acceptemail.com but have not heard anything about the status of my new order after the payment. Is it possible to check the status of the order if the payment has been received and when will the order will be processed?
