Hallo,
On 20.04 i have signed a new postpaid contract for an unlimited data simcard.
By misunderstanding, i applied an application to take along a phone number from an old supplier. But that number doesn't exist (i have called). So I have 2 questions:
1. Can i take that number (as it is my birthday) for my new contract, like a pickable number ?
2. If not, can i cancel this application? And can you help me to do that?

So you have applied for a number transfer from a number that does not exist?
If this is the case, then the number transfer is automatically cancelled. Of course, a number must exist and be in your name etc. so that it can be ported at all.
Unfortunately, you cannot put together/choose a number. Numbers are assigned by o2.
