Cancellation of my sim card

Dear Sir,

My name is Yuya Doi.

I used O2 sim card (+49-17-6XXX-XX514), but recently I moved to Japan.

I think I will not use this sim card anymore.

May I ask you to cancel this card?

Your prepaid-card will be deactivated automatically. A written cancellation is not necessary.

 

I have already deactivated for you the package “o2 my Prepaid M” and the automatic debit. You still have a credit on your card. You can transfer this amount to your personal bank account. Just use this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung
