Dear customer service,

 

As I move from Germany, I would like to cancel my contract on the my data spot. This is the only product I am using from O2. After some search in O2 community, I found the page as a online cancellation (show below), however, it requires the phone number as a mandatory field, which I suppose I do not have as I only use wifi router but not mobile phone. If I am wrong and there must be corresponding phone number, could you tell me how to check this (I do not find anywhere in emails etc… I only have “kundennummer” which did not work)? Other wise, could you tell me how to cancel my contract online?

The phone number of your data spot contract is included on e-mails which you have received as confirmation when you had ordered your contract.
