Hi,

 

I ordered personally a handy with a contract yesterday in Paderborn Rauthhas shop. My order number is SDS465XXXHowever, when I saw another mobile phone contracts on your website, I changed my mind to „“S22 Ultra 256 ohne simcard““ and Cancelling S22. I would very much like to cancel my order/contract before it even gets shipped. Because I do not want to feel the burden of returning the whole package to you. I wish there was a portal-like system where we can cancel our orders.

When you have signed a contract in Shops, ITS without "Widerrufsrecht" you can cancel it between 14 days for online or telephone orders only. 

 

Please go to the Shop on monday to try cancel it.

You can cancel the s22 with contract only in this Shop.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders placed in a shop unless the shop agrees, as @Bollermann has already correctly written. Have you already contacted the shop?
