I currently posses a contract for mobile for 2 years (ending in Dec 2024) and need to cancel this because I am moving back to my home country. I will be moving to parents house (so I cannot give a confirmation from the landlord) for some time and will not immediately be employed. Hence, I am unable to provide the second document for the extraordinary cancellation apart from the deregistration as stated in the cancellation form here Microsoft Word - saveeng_anschreiben_kein_fulfillment.rtf (o2online.de). (as my home country does not issue a notification of your new foreign domicile). Is there any way I can apply for a contract cancellation?

Hello
you should send in your cancellation request inlcuding the de-registration form that you already have. That might already be enough if it is clear that you don’t have a further address here in Germany. If any follow up documents are needed after that you’d be notified of this.
