Cancellation Contract

Hello. I already cancelled my phone contract and also made the transfer to pay the 3 months fee because of the cancellation and the last invoices.

Unfortunately, I still receive emails telling me that I still owe 43 euros of the last invoices. I sent an email to you, but still have not received any response. A person from the Fb Messenger Support Service told me to make the request to track the payment in this forum. The payment was made on March 27th, I already spoke with my bank and they told me that the transfer was successful. My phone number is 0176 xxxxx.
