Hello, I canceled my service a few days ago, but money was still charged to the bank account and added to the O2 Guthaben. How can I stop money from being charged, and also get back the (now useless) Guthaben credit?

You can use this form in order to reclaim the remaining sum from your prepaid account. Just fill in the details like your SIM card number, phone number, and bank details.
Please keep in mind that by sending the form in, your account along with your phone number will be terminated permanently!
In case you’d like to take your phone number to a different provider, make sure to check the box next to “Ich möchte die Prepaid-Rufnummer zu einem anderen Anbieter portieren.” And if you’d like to do this, you’d need to recharge your account one final time with 24,95 EUR before you send in this form since that is the fee charged for porting your number to the new provider.
