Hello,

 

I bought postpaid Internet SIM with unlimited calls/Internet for 21.5 Euro per month 3 days ago from local shop and minimum period is 24 months. It was 42 Euro and I was informed its on 50% discount. However, I’ve received SIM from my office and this will be totally free / extra so i would like to revoke/cancel contract within 14 days (3 days passed). I bought it from local shop/if it is important to know.

Can i cancel / revoke this contract right now or i must continue 24 months? If I have option to cancel  , what is the process i should follow to do? Will there be any deductions/penalty for canceling it within 14 days? I can’t speak german so any help in English or helpline to talk will be appreciated.

If the contract is concluded in a local shop, a revocation is not possible.

If you make a contract directly in a shop, then you can not withdraw from the contract within the 14 day period. This is only possible if you ordered your contract online, by phone or similar means. You can cancel the contract at the end of it’s regular duration, this you can easily do with the online form. Do tell us, if you have any further questions.
