Hello...I had two orders...the first one from one of June and they told the problem in your address..also I paid 1euro...and the second it was from 10 of June and they cancelled the same day also I paid 83.99 euro...so they cancelled all and where I can refund my money

thank you for your response and it’s good to hear that everything went smoothly for you.
Canceling an order can take some time, that includes refunding any down payments you may have already made up to that point, if this happened on the 10th I’d still wait a bit. Have you already received confirmations for both cancellations?

i still got a notification that says they have sent the new simcard and i need to activate it
what should i do now should i go to o2 shop or i just dont receive the simcard and leave it without activation?

that sounds good. You have received confirmation that your order has been cancelled. Any deposits made will be refunded to you, but it may take a little while.

is the SIM card part of the cancel order? Then you don't need to activate it, it should be removed with the cancellation.

sometimes there is overlap. If the SIM card belongs to the new order, then it will be removed from our system by cancelling the order.
