I already have a contact from o2. 2 month ago, a service agent call me and offer me a esim. I told that I don't want. But she said if I want I can terminate it because its an supplement card. Now when I tried to cancel my 2nd contract. And it's a total scam. They showed me termination date is oct 2026. I didn't even sign any thing. I did not gave any direct debit permission also. But they are charging both from my previous account. I am a student and it quite difficult for me to continue 2 different contracts at a time. I need help to terminate this second contract.

I'm sorry that there have been some discrepancies here. 
I'm afraid there has been a misunderstanding. 
There is a difference between a cancellation and a termination. 
You contacted us and asked about the cancellation, which we then confirmed to you for the regular date in 2026.
The correct thing to do would have been to submit a cancellation.
However, this must be done within 14 days of concluding the contract.
It is already too late for that.
