cancel multisim

Hi,

I ordered a new o2 contract from saturn and I was told it would cost 60€ per month but it came with 3 sims so the total price is actually 180€ per month instead of 60. I want to cancel the other two sim cards.

welcome to our forums. I moved your thread into our english community.

 

I took a look into your customer account and there are actually three contracts. There is no right of withdrawal on contracts ordered in a shop, that’s why a withdrawal isn’t easy. It’s possible to cancel the other two contracts, but it only takes effect after the regular period of 24 months. The other option is to talk to the employees of your Saturn Market that sold the contracts. Saturn shops are still closed due to corona virus, but will be re-opened on january 16th. If there was a misleading contract offer you can also write a complain to our backoffice, the address is:
