Hi, I have a German O2 number and would like to know the steps to deactivate the monthly Express Top-up?

Hello @Lour,

you can easily change or delete your automatic top-up:

  • via the voice menu at 73737
  • or via our prepaid customer support.

Please note that your automatic top-up always takes place in the morning. To make sure your desired changes to be carried out in a timely manner, you should always do this one day before originally scheduled date.

I assume you have a prepaid card from us and you want to end a new package being paid for and activated each month or are you referring to something else here?

To do this, you must revoke your direct debit authorization. Use the contact form.

@Vilureef  thanks for your response. It is not a direct debit authorisation.  I have topped up my phone online with a debit card once and it started using this card every month to automatically top up the number.
