I moved from Germany and am now in Bulgaria and would like to cancel my prepaid contract.
if it is possible response in english pls.

In principle, the contract does not have to be terminated because it deactivates automatically after 6 months without a top-up. Only if there is still credit to be refunded should a termination with a refund request be submitted.
However, this only applies to prepaid and not to postpaid long-term contracts.

There are the two options which mentioned Klaus_VoIP above my post. If theres a remaining credit on your card, a termination with refund is the better option.
