I wasn’t sure where to ask for help. I recently signed up for Free M Boost Flex - without term contract.
I’ve been having terrible data speeds everywhere I go and I want to cancel my contract and refund the cost as I am really not happy with o2. I only signed up a week ago so I am still within 14 days of purchase. I’m aware that you can fax or post the cancellation but I don’t have access to a fax and haven’t had time to post. Is there another way to cancel my contract?
