Hello,

I faxed you a letter about the cancellation of one of My Sim Cards. The card is still deactivated and stays like its first day with your German contract. In my letter I explained the situation about the situation and offered you to send the Sim Card back since it was extra. I demand the free cancellatıon of my contract.

This is a forum. You can’t demand anything here.

It is not clear what exactly your issue is though. You have an extra SIM that is part of your contract and you wish to cancel / deactivate it because you don’t need it, or is it a separate contract? If you sent a fax within 14 days of concluding the contract, then everything should be fine.
