Dear: I send a fax last week with my information, and I don´t have an answer yet.

What do I need to be sure about the cancel of my contract? (only the chip of my cellphone).

Even last time they send me a number of fax, but that number is not working and I have to send to the fax number of Munich. 

Please is urgent to cancel the contract. 

The worst nightmare!!!
