I will live in Germany until April, and I want to cancel automatic to-up right now, because I prefer pay manually, that because it's usefully, and I didn't find any option to do that in the app or website. 

Please help

They don't help me with that, y try to speak with them two times and the answer it's press a link that doesn't work, but when I press that I lost the chat connection
