hello! My 2-year mobile contract ends in January 2025. I'm living aboard so I can’t go to an 02 office and the cancellation link is not working.

It wasn’t a simple solution, and I was going to be charge for the early termination, so I decided to wait until the end of the contract. However, I don’t want it to renew automatically.

I was happy to take a look at it. We have received your notice of termination. However, our review has shown that there is a discrepancy between the information provided in the form and our system. For data protection reasons, the termination has therefore not yet been saved. A letter has been sent to you. Did you make sure that you entered the correct data (customer number, name, phone number, etc.) when you gave notice of termination?

Sorry, by "letter" do you mean sent at home or an email? Because I haven't received any mail and I don't live in Germany anymore. Should I made a new notice of termination?


In this case by letter ​@Ary.RV 

Did you submit a regular termination or an immediate termination? Did you give your full details (first and last name) when you
gave notice? If not, please send them again.
