Can't find Friends and Family codes

Hello, 

 

i recently joined O2 and i participated in Family and Friends offer, but unfortunately i can’t find the codes.

where i can find them? can someone help

Yes i do, i have two contracts , DSL and mobile contract, both started on November.

I just got the answer, that your codes are still there.
Now we’re trying to reproduce why you can’t find them.

So, what the Support told me is that you can find/ see them when you scroll down and click on “Zur Teilnahme”:

Yes, they expire. The codes have to be used until the 30.09.2022.
