Can't do verification because of name


Hello O2 community,

 

I have recently ordered a sim and got it. when I tried to Verify it using videoIdent, they say my surname needs to be corrected. I entered correctly somehow O2 shortened it and put a dot. Mohamed to M. which they didn’t accept when identifying? 

 

What can be done?

I have printed the coupon and haven’t gone to the post office yet because been busy. I will let you know once I activate this. 

I really hope O2 includes verification by bank logins which is much easier.
