Yes, I do have an account!

I was logged there many many times. I can actually login on the header, but then when clicking the link it just lands me on the forum.

Do you use your mobile phone number? After you log-in with your mobile phone number, you should automatically be redirected to the “Mein o2”-page. You do not need to use any link.

That is precisely the problem. After I login, when I should land in my profile I’m instead taken to the forum. Exactly the same behaviour as when clicking the link.

I have the same problem of getting redirected to hilfe.o2online.de. How can I access my accounts?
I never had good experience with O2

• With your mobile phone number?
• With your DSL contract?
• Or perhaps with a myHandy customer number?
