I have this home wifi that i deregistered for probably more than 1 year. The thing is, the login used to be the phone number of that account, then after the cancellation, for sure the number is not mine anymore so i lose access to my o2 account. then i have some Gutschrift like 2.5 euro but the thing is… i cannot close this account entirely or take out the money because i dont have any account that can access to this Kundennummer.
Please assist. I am not in Germany anymore. I just feel annoyed receiving the email telling me there’s 2.53 euro in this account every month.
