Can I Swap Tariffs Between My Two SIM Cards?

Hello,

 

I have two SIM cards under my account, each with its own tariff plan. My second SIM card has a smaller monthly data allowance, but I need to swap the tariffs between the two SIMs so that the first SIM card ends up with the larger data allowance.

It seems like I can’t change the contract because I’m currently benefiting from a discounted monthly rate.

Is it possible to switch the tariffs between my SIM cards?

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Tariffs cannot be switched between SIM cards, the contract itself can for example be extended with a new tariff, offers for an extension you can see with your Mein o2 customer account login.

Tariffs cannot be switched between SIM cards, the contract itself can for example be extended with a new tariff, offers for an extension you can see with your Mein o2 customer account login.
