Hallo 

i have ordered apple iPhone 13 pro max from O2 last month and i have received the phone i really appreciate This thanks to O2 .

But at that time i didn’t need a sim But now i need a sim with internet So! can i Order a sim O2 sim now ? And can i combine both phone and sim contract together like in a First time of contract of phone i mean at time of phone contract sim+phone it was cheaper now if i order sim alone so it becomes a little bit expensive. 
And I have an 6 month Ausweis so the sim will be activated with that Ausweis or not ?

You can enter a contract of your choice, but specific bundleoffers don’t work retroactively. If you order a SIM now it will be a standalone offer. Should you only be staying for half a year here in Germany, then we both offer “Flex” contracts that can be terminated monthly or if you enter a contract with a longer duration you can cancel this if you are moving back away permanently from Germany.
