Hi,

I’d like to buy a Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G (without a contract) in 24 installments.

Since I already have a mobile and DSL contract with O2 is there any offer possible for buying a new phone?

Thanks!

Hey, thanks for the link.

I saw that offer, but I'm wondering if extending the existing mobile contract and/or DSL contract could bring extra discounts/benefits.

Thanks!

Hi @dordzbor

there is no discount on hardware.
Only benefit is possible at contract.

You could pay in 24 paces and the phone cost the same as pay in once…

And at the start you wrote

without a contract

and now

extending the existing mobile contract

????

How long is you contract running?

Thanks @witti , that's what I was trying to understand. If there is any extra discount on buying devices/hardware.

@schluej i basically want to buy one extra phone. The mobile and DSL contract that I have are the standard 2 years and for both more than a year has passed, so was thinking that renewal/extending the duration for them can come with an extra discount for purchasing another phone.

Hello @dordzbor,

the price of a mobile phone that you buy from us will stay the same no matter if you extend your contract or not. It is possible to grant addiotional rebates if you extend your contract in a bundle with a new phone.

Have you already been in contact with our customer service? If now we can have a look if we are able to make you an offer for a contract extension. What tariff would interest you? :-)

Regards,

Lars

Hi Lars,
Solved it offline, yes 🙂 Thanks!
