Hello. 

First I would like to apologise if this is the wrong section.

In July I bought from O2 the Samsung S20 Ultra with a tablet with a 2 years contract  without a plan.

Now I would like to buy one more phone with a tablet for my wife and my kid again with no plan. Sadly due to the lockdown all the shops in my area are closed. I tried to buy it online but the O2 site want a registration. I did not know which option to choose from the listed below ( DSL Kunde, Handy Kunde or something from this sort) so I chose the one that stated something about interest and the forum. Then I tried to buy it online one more time but after I fill my email and password it says ' Page stopped working'. I cleaned my cookies- still the same.

So my question is, can I call the support and  purchase it over the phone because it seems like I cant do it alone.

This is the right section, no need to worry. :slight_smile:

You are free to call the hotline, but there will be many questions in german and maybe the collegue at the hotline isn´t fluent in english.

Please try it again, sometimes our page has hickups. I am sure it will work now.
