Hi, 
today i receive my sim, but I dont like it. Is it possible for me to change the number? or buy a desired one?

Good evening @farbod3f,
unfortunately you cannot have a custom number, you can request a number change. The cost is a one-off charge of €34.99. After the exchange, the new number will be sent to you by SMS. Please note that after the exchange, a new registration with the number is required for all online portals.

The number exchange can be conveniently requested via “My o2” or the o2 app.

    @farbod3f  The number exchange is convenient via My o2. You should see Phone number change further down. Unfortunately it is not in English but there is a plugin for almost all browsers where German pages are translated into English which can help you.

    When you order the number exchange via “Rufnummerntausch”, you will get a new number choesen randomly by the system.
