Hallo o2,

I would like to ask...

At the moment i have two contract: 

  1. o2 Free Unlimited Max Online (one number + Multisim)

  2. o2 Blue All-in Extra (one number) 

Last date for cancelation is 06.07.2022

 

I would like to make contract for o2 One Unlimited

I would like to bring number from o2 Free Unlimited Max Online

+I would like to make two numbers for kids (2x5€), one number I would like to bring from o2 Blue All-in Extra and another number I would like to bring from Aldi Talk.

And I would like to have DSL at home (router i don't need).

 

Is something like that possible? And if Yes how to make that….

I have visited three shops and they couldn't help me.

It is also possible to extend these two contracts but there is no offer to switch to O2 One Unlimited.

You can only switch to o2 One Unlimited if at least 100 MBit/s DSL is available at your contact address. Have you already checked this in the availability check?
You will have two independent tariffs (mobile and DSL), of which the DSL tariff is discounted. If the mobile tariff is cancelled or you change to another tariff, the discount for the DSL tariff is cancelled. You cannot get any other discounts.
Your DSL tariff comes as a switch from another provider? Then it may start later, when the other provider releases the line. Until then you pay the full price, even if you don't get DSL from us. 😩
There is the possibility to create additional cards for the corresponding mobile phone contract as new contracts (o2 One unlimited Mobile Basic), these cost 5 euros per month as long as the main o2 One unlimited Mobile is available. You can have the phone numbers ported from the existing contracts. However, you have to cancel the old contracts with the normal period of notice, you can't do this early.
If you are sure that you want this tariff, we can make you an offer.

Dear Andrea,
Your post is a little bit confusing… :)
If I understood good it is not possible to port two numbers from this two contracts which I use now
(just to merge and extend like o2 One Unlimited)?
If it is not possible to port two numbers which I use now I will wait until this two contracts end, it is only three months.

P.S. I don't have DSL at all.  At my address is available 250Mbps DSL and Kabel (Kabel i don't want and router i don't need)
       (Whit o2 One Unlimited i need only 100Mbps DSL)

you can port the numbers, that is no problem.

You just cannot cancel your “old” mobile contracts earlier because of that.

The normal running time of the contract is still active after the porting.

I hope I was able to explain it well 😊

Hallo Andrea,

At 03.05.2022 I have extended my contract.

I decided to add O2 my Home XXL Kabel (it better fits me).

I hope it will work good (only waiting for technician killing me).

You can close this thread, it is solved.
