I have cancelled my Telekom prepaid SIM card on 09.03, later I have got back my credit and the SIM card is no more available. then I have tried to  bring the number to o2, but it failed two times, one on 18.03 and another time on 19.03.

the email said that my contract was not canceled or the prepaid card was not canceled.

but I have asked Telekom and they said it was already canceled on 11.03, and the number can be ported  now.

please, anybody can tell me what should I do?

There is always a lot going on here, so we always need a few days to respond. But people often help each other very well.
The fact that porting the phone number didn't work is more than annoying. Now that the prepaid connection has been deactivated, have you applied to us again to port your phone number?

If not, could you please do it again online?

I have contracted with Telekom, they reactived the SIM card and then I have done successfully.

I am now having this same issue. I have cancelled my prepaid with Telekom I am sure that the number is deactivated and now I can’t port the old number to my new O2 account. Please help!

you can contact the telekom customer service and tell them to reactive the sim card and cancel the prepaid contract again.

No, I have switched to O2 successfully. after Telekom reactivated the SIM card, they have also help me cancel the contract. and everything went smoothly.

now I’m already in O2 and also with my old No.
