Blocked SIM card

Hi there,

My prepaid sim card was switched off after a late payment due to a banking issue. I’ve since paid the missing amount but my sim card has not been switched back on. I am currently unable to receive calls or SMS’s. How can I solve this problem?

Each time I called they didn’t have English speakers. And I’m not too sure on the timeline but I think I caught it about a week in.
