Calls and services. Could be calls abroad or to non-geographical service numbers or subscriptions. If you have an itemized bill you should be able to see exactly what you were charged for.

Connection or Service…

Connection is a Phone call e.g. to service numbers.

Service could be a e.g. a 3 parity payment or special sms numbers.

The itemized bill should be in the same place as the invoice. If it is not active you can activate it, but only for the future.
