I ordered iPhone 13 last October 2,but I received another email that die einmalig preis ist erhöht. I did not pursue to order on that day thinking it's pricey. But then yesterday ( Oct 5),I changed my mind to just continue ordering it since I really need it,so I paid thru online. It's a success thru the browser but I received no confirmation email,instead my order is rejected. Now my problem is,if it's really rejected,then I should have the refund immediately for the payment I made. It says I need to write and send to Nuremberg to know why it was rejected,but it's a hassle for me, is there another option like just sending an emai to ask about it. thank you
