I ordered iPhone 13 last October 2,but I received another email that die einmalig preis ist erhöht. I did not pursue to order on that day thinking it's pricey. But then yesterday ( Oct 5),I changed my mind to just continue ordering it since I really need it,so I paid thru online. It's a success thru the browser but I received no confirmation email,instead my order is rejected. Now my problem is,if it's really rejected,then I should have the refund immediately for the payment I made. It says I need to write and send to Nuremberg to know why it was rejected,but it's a hassle for me, is there another option like just sending an emai to ask about it. thank you

It really does behave as schluej has already indicated. Unfortunately, you have to got the offical way and write to the adress given. I’m sorry that  I can’t help you any further.

Ich habe bereits letzte Woche einen Brief geschrieben und an die angegebene Adresse geschickt. Jetzt weiß ich nicht, ob sie meine Frage schnell beantworten können. Ich hoffe, dass sie mir umgehend eine Rückmeldung geben und den von mir bezahlten Betrag zurückerstatten können.
