Hello. I purchased a phone and sim card online from O2 on November. It should be total 52,27 euro as written on the bill I have to pay every month. But why I am also keep being charged 39,50 euro every month?

Presumably the 39.50 is for the phone and the 52.27 is for the mobile contract. Is it the first invoice? In that case you will also have had to pay the connection fee. Please look again at the invoice to see exactly what you have been charged for.
No, the invoice just shows 52,27. That’s why I don’t understand why 39,50 also deducted from my bank.

The monthly instalments for the phone are separate from this invoice for the mobile contract. It is therefore correct that you have two payments each month.
