Bank transfer

Hallo Team,

I’m Jithu Anand. My last month instalment for iPhone has failed and I paid through bank transfer but unfortunately i didn’t put references on that. In this case how I can let them know that I paid the money.? Please someone help me.

@Jithuanand i received an mail from my colleagues. The money were allready redirected to your customer account from your iphone. 
This payment is fine now.

I kindly request your assistance.

I recharged 15 euros on november 7th.

I assume this was about payment for a prepaid card, since you are talking about recharging or is this also about the payment of an installment for hardware? What did you enter as reference for this?
