Hi,

Surf day flat is activated on my account automaticallyand since last two days 99 cent/day are being deducted. Please deactivate surf day flat on my account and refund the money back to my account. If I have to book some package then please inform me about it. Waiting for your reply.

The Surf Dayflat (0,99 Euro / 30 MB / day) is a cost protection for the Internet access without active package and therefore cannot be deactivated. The Surf Dayflat is activated whenever the cell phone connects to the Internet without an Internet package or smartphone tariff.
The safest protection against unintentional activation is when you book the smallest pack (o2 my Prepaid Basic).

I am not connected with internet even though amount is deducted, Why? I do not want to use O2 data then why my amount is deducted for this day surf pack. Please deactivate this surf dayflat. What about refund of the amount for last two days?

The Surf Dayflat [...]cannot be deactivated. 

 

Check all settings in your mobile phone. If your cell phone would not connect, the Surf Dayflat would not be activated either.
Alternatives are that you book a pack or let deactivate the internet access via your  SIM card  and only use WiFi.

thanks for your message concerning the day-flat.

 

And thanks also to @TBCMagic for the good explanation.

 

I can see that you activated the package “o2 my Prepaid S” on 11th April 2020. That´s good in order to prevent the charge of the day-flats.

 

On 2nd March you deactivated the package “o2 my Prepaid S”. Therefore, the day-flat was charged with 0,99 € on 9th and 10th April.

 

As everything is correctly charged, we do not have any reason for refunding you the day-flats.

 

I hope you understand our decision.

Today at 12 am my package expired and I booked a new package of 1.99 Euro basic package but 0.99 Euro extra were deducted for day flate package with this package. Even though I was not connected with mobile internet but still that was deducted. Why? Last month, I requested you to please deactivate auto activation of dayflate from my phone number and refund that amount but you denied. This time again that happened. Please look into this matter and return that amount. I need your help in this matter. I am using O2 since last 7 years. If you will not help me then I am thinking to switch to other network.

How did you book the o2 my Prepaid Basic? Online without an active package? Then it should be understandable why the Surf Dayflat was activated.

thanks for your message.

 

Please be aware of the fact that the package “o2 my Prepaid Basic” as all other packages are valid for 28 days. Your last package was valid until 9th May 2020.

 

In order to make sure that no Surf-Day-Flat is charged, you have the possibility to prolong your package automatically as long as you have enough credit on your card. If you would like to change your package, please activate the new package on the last day of validity of your package (in this case on 9th May 2020).

 

Out of good will, I refunded you today 0,99 € as the Surf-Dayflat and o2 my Prepaid Basic were charged on the same day 10th May 2020.

 

I hope you agree to this solution.
