Hello,

I thought I instructed my bank to make automatic payments for my phone bill ( I was told by the person at the store) and now I am getting a reminder saying that I still haven't paid my bill. How do I pay online or set up a automatic payment instructions?

The message you received is a payment reminder for the deposit for the phone, you ordered from us.

Did you ordered the phone in a o2 shop (or online) and gave a permission for direct debit for your bank account to o2?
