Auto charging deactive

Good Day,
I, Sayan Das, my mobil no is XXXXXXXXX.
I want to deactive my auto deactivatecharging option and also want to remove my bank details.

I took the contract of 25Gb+2 option which I also want to disconnect. How is it possible?

welcome to our o2 Community 🙂

Your bank details and also your way of paying your bill you can change in your Mein o2 account under Rechnung/bill. 

Would this be the contract with the number ending on -663?  

As you have made it via a dealer you can ask at the dealer if it is possible to cancel that contract.
