Hallo

Vielen Dank

Hello

Today I received the mobile phone but on the package it was written 'European sim only'

I travel to Egypt alot and I use Egyptian sim card as well.

I didn't open the package.

Is there a solution for this problem?

If there is no solution, I'd like to cancel the contract and return the mobile phone.

Thank you

Hallo @AhmedAli88,

Hi @AhmedAli88,

thanks for your reply.

On the packaging of the Samsung smartphones is a seal attached which says "European SIM Cards only". This means that European smartphone models should be used only with European SIM cards. There are two options for activation outside of Europe: Either you use your Samsung device with a European SIM card within the EU for five minutes. Or - if that did not work - you can request an unlock code at the Samsung support team.

I hope I could help you with this information.

Loving greetings,

Tobias

Thank you so much for your time to provide the info.
I will try both methods :)
